Laken takes great care in producing top of the line bottles, food containers and accessories in a factory with high quality control standards; however, we are aware that on a rare occasion something can happen that may result in a defect. Therefore Laken bottles, food containers, cups, caps and accessories come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
The following are not covered by the Laken Warranty:
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents
Broken bottle caps
Damage caused by freezing a Laken bottle or container
Should you feel that your Laken suffers from a manufacturer defect, we ask that you complete the following Warranty Claim Form. The information that you provide us in this form will assist us in processing your warranty claim.
You should receive a response from Laken within 3 business days after our receipt of your claim form.
Note: Upon completion of the Warranty Claim Form you should receive a message indicating that your claim has been received. If you do not receive this message, please email your information to warranty@LakenUSA.com
